Delsco takes the holistic approach in supporting client to improve performance management through the many features of the product. The scope of support is varied. It may cover just a small part such as fine-tuning existing performance management system (policy, process and/or tools) where client has a great deal of experience; or it could involve extensive development of the system which are likely to introduce significant changes in the way performance management had been done and/or perceived by employees.
The approach comprehensively covers and demystifies the perceived complexity of implementing balanced scorecard. There is visible integration and cascading of business goals through departmental objectives to individual objectives. We also integrate performance measures of core values to support culture change which can only happen through consistent measure, recognition and reward of desirable behaviours.
